What to expect
At SAii Phi Phi Island Village, we are dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of our island. Due to the unique tidal conditions, your arrival experience may vary.

High Tide: Guests arrive directly at the beachfront.
Low Tide: To protect the fragile marine ecosystem, we do not use tractors on the beach. Instead, guests may need to walk a short distance or take a small boat to reach the resort. This also means the luggage will come to your room a little later, rest assured, our team is handling it with care.

We understand that walking during low tide may feel unexpected, but this process ensures we maintain our commitment to sustainability and the natural beauty of our surroundings.

Bad Weather Contingencies

In case of rough seas or strong winds, the boat may dock at Loh Lana Bay at the other side, 10 minutes far from the property, instead of the resort’s beachfront for safety reasons

For guests using public ferries or private speedboats

If arriving via public ferry (Tonsai Pier), a longtail boat transfer is required to reach the resort to be arranged directly at guest own accord.
If using an outsourced speedboat service, please confirm your drop-off point. Some guests assume all boats in front of the resort are managed by SAii Phi Phi Island Village, which is not the case.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled speedboat transfers and no-shows will be subject to a full charge.
Domestic arrival flights must land at Phuket International Airport at least 2 hours before speedboat departure time. International flights must land at least 3 hours before boat departure time.
In order to reach Phuket International Airport in time for your departure flight, we recommend departing Phi Phi by speedboat at least 3 and a half hours before domestic flights and at least 4 and a half hours before international flights.
The speedboat transfer to SAii Phi Phi can be rough due to high waves depending on the season and tide impact, kindly inform our staff while booking of any physical conditions like pregnancy, walking difficulties etc.
The speedboat transfer schedule excludes transfers by car from/to Phuket airport (approx. 1 hour).
The speedboat transfer price is at THB 1,800++ per person. Price includes land transfer from hotel or airport in Phuket.
All rates are in Thai baht and subject to 10% service charge and applicable 7% government tax.
